Early Bird Draw

Tickets sold and submitted by October 14th are eligible for a draw on October 17th.

The Early Bird Prize will be roundtrip airfare for two from St. John’s to Las Vegas, NV, with four nights accommodation directly on the Las Vegas Strip, OR Travel Gift Card for $2,500.00.

Early Bird tickets must be purchased by October 14, 2023.

Membership Information

  1. Only 900 membership tickets printed.
  2. Draws will take place each month at the regular meeting of the Rotary Club of St. John’s Northwest, usually the first Tuesday of each month at the Comfort Inn, 106 Airport Road, St. John’s.
  3. In addition to the monthly trip, five monthly cash prizes in the amount of $150.00 each will be awarded. Total of 6 monthly prizes.
  4. All winners will be notified after each draw and the Trip of the Month winner each month may:
    a) Take the trip as described and receive $500 spending money.
    OR
    b) Use a CWT/Harvey’s Travel Gift Card to take an alternate trip and receive $500 spending money.
    OR
    c) Take cash equal to 85% of that trip’s Travel Gift Card.
  5.  After each monthly draw, all winning tickets will be placed back in the drum and will be eligible to win in the remaining draws.
  6. A complete list of winning numbers and names will be posted on the club’s website at www.northwestrotary.org
  7. All winning vacations or alternate travel plans will be arranged by CWT / Harvey’s Travel and may be subject to certain restrictions, booking requirements and availability. Trips must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to departure.
  8. Pricing changes, market conditions and/or alternate travel dates may also alter the price of a particular vacation. Should a specific vacation be unavailable at the stated fare for travel dates selected by the winner, the winner may choose to cover the additional costs or select a CWT/Harvey’s Travel Gift Card for the value of the prize as stated herein.
  9. Personal choice items such as Travel Insurance are not included with each trip although CWT/Harvey’s Travel strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.
